Booking and payment at Berghorizonte - safe and transparent
Simple booking process, flexible payment methods and comprehensive protection through the travel insurance certificate
1. Inquiry and booking:
Booking your Nepal trip with Berghorizonte GmbH is straightforward. Choose one of our diverse Nepal tours (as a travel example) or call us or send us your inquiry by email or via the contact form on our website. We will get in touch with you and advise you in detail, then we will create a non-binding offer update for you. If you like it and would like to book, we will forward everything for reservation and booking. After confirmation from the respective destination country, we will give you feedback again and you can finally confirm the booking.
You will receive a booking confirmation from us including a travel insurance certificate (travel guarantee fund) and all the necessary travel information. Our travel experts are available to answer any questions you may have at any time.
2. Deposit:
To secure your booking, we ask for a deposit of 20% of the total price. This deposit is required to book your travel places. Payment can be made securely by bank transfer or credit card. With our confirmation, you will receive your travel insurance certificate, which offers you legal protection under German travel law that your deposit with us is insured.
3. The travel insurance certificate:
As a tour operator registered in Germany, Berghorizonte GmbH is legally obliged to issue you with a travel insurance certificate. This certificate protects you against financial losses in the event of the tour operator becoming insolvent. This means you can be sure that your money is protected even in the event of an unforeseen company insolvency. This gives you the security you expect when planning a trip.
4. Final payment:
The final payment for your trip is due no later than 30 days before the start of the trip. You can easily pay the remaining amount by bank transfer or credit card. If the booking is made at short notice, the entire amount must be paid immediately after confirmation.
5. Cancellation and travel insurance:
If you have to cancel your trip, our cancellation conditions based on our terms and conditions apply. The amount of the cancellation fee varies depending on the time of cancellation. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unexpected events.
6. Payment methods:
We offer you flexible payment options to make the processing of your trip as convenient as possible. You can make your payments securely by bank transfer or with the common credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). All transactions are carried out via encrypted payment systems via PayPal to ensure maximum security.
With Berghorizonte GmbH you are in the best hands. Not only the simple booking process and the flexible payment options ensure your satisfaction, but also the additional security of the German travel insurance certificate. We are happy to answer any further questions you may have.
